How much does commercial painting cost?
Commercial jobs are priced per project after a free site visit, because access, trading hours and surface condition all vary. As a guide, Sydney commercial rates sit around $20 to $45 per m² for interior walls and ceilings, and $40 to $90 per m² for exterior facades. See our painting cost guide for more detail.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Next Coat is fully licensed (NSW licence 450329C) and holds $20 million public liability insurance for residential and commercial work.
Can residents stay in their rooms while you paint?
Yes, in most cases. We plan the work with your care team, paint room by room and wing by wing, use low-VOC paints, keep corridors clear and safe, and leave each area clean before residents return.
Which paint brands do you use?
As a Dulux Accredited Painter, we use premium Dulux and Taubmans commercial paint systems, including hard-wearing washable finishes for high-traffic areas and low-VOC paints for occupied spaces.
What happens if I am not happy with something?
We walk through the finished job with you and fix anything you point out before we hand over.
Can you work around resident routines?
Yes. We schedule work around meal times, visiting hours and daily routines, including early mornings, evenings and weekends where needed.
