We put the work into preparation so your finish lasts. If paint we applied fails because of our workmanship, we will fix it at no cost to you for 5 years.

What this warranty covers
This warranty applies to interior and exterior painting completed by Next Coat, for the original customer at the property where we did the work. It covers:
- Peeling, flaking, blistering and cracking of the paint film caused by our preparation or application.
- The cost of labour and materials to repair the affected area.
What is not covered
- Roof painting.
- Moisture problems, including leaks, rising damp, condensation, mould and water getting behind the paint.
- Building movement, structural cracks, rot and timber failure.
- Damage caused by other people, accidents, impact, pets, harsh cleaning products or pressure washing.
- Normal wear, fading, chalking and colour change from sun and weather.
- Surfaces we did not paint or prepare, and paint or materials supplied by someone else.
- Repairs we recommended that were not carried out.
- Jobs where the invoice has not been paid in full.

Email info@nextcoat.com.au or call 0410 585 913. Include the property address, the approximate date of the job and clear photos of the problem. We will arrange an inspection, and if the issue is covered, we will fix it at no cost to you.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under NSW law, including the statutory warranties under the Home Building Act 1989. It does not limit those rights.
